HIPAA for Chiros LIVE

All you need to know, simply

Everything you need to know...

HIPAA is probably really stressful for you. (or else why would you be here?) There's so much to know and so little explanation. You've probably done other HIPAA trainings that don't seem to give you any information – they're just there to take your money and check a box. But in this course we'll talk about the parts of HIPAA you really need to know with concrete examples of how to implement it for your practice.

and nothing you don't

But those trainings also tell you all kind of nonsense you don't need to know about. Are you a Healthcare Clearinghouse? No? Then why learn about it? We'll spend time on things that matter, like whether you need backups and how to secure your network to protect you from hackers and ransomware.

February 17 @ 12pm Central

I'm planning on teaching for 1-2 hours, but there will be a recording if you can't make it or can't stay on for the whole thing. There will also be a Q&A at the end to make sure everyone's questions get answered.

Get peace of mind

Knowledge is power, and power is comfortable. The more you know, the less you'll stress and the more you can focus on what you care about – your patients, your employees, and your family.

What you'll learn

  • Policies and procedures you need to implement for HIPAA
  • Most common security pitfalls for chiropractors
  • How to make little changes with big impacts

What they're saying

Mike

Landon is very knowledgeable about HIPAA, I would recommend him to any practice needing a better understanding of HIPAA and how to make their practice compliant

Matt

Informative but easy to understand and not dry like a text book!

Teaching to your practice

I want to focus on what you care about and what your practice is facing. Let me know what you want to hear about so I can make sure to address it during this live class!

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can't make it?

It's OK, I'll put up a recording so you can watch it later. And if you have any questions that weren't answered during the class, you can ask them via email.
