HIPAA is probably really stressful for you. (or else why would you be here?) There's so much to know and so little explanation. You've probably done other HIPAA trainings that don't seem to give you any information – they're just there to take your money and check a box. But in this course we'll talk about the parts of HIPAA you really need to know with concrete examples of how to implement it for your practice.

But those trainings also tell you all kind of nonsense you don't need to know about. Are you a Healthcare Clearinghouse? No? Then why learn about it? We'll spend time on things that matter, like whether you need backups and how to secure your network to protect you from hackers and ransomware.
